Connect on LinkedInSean began leading others early in life, enlisting in the United States Marine Corps Reserve in 2016. As an 1833 Amphibious Assault Crewman, he was promoted to Crew Chief by age 19, leading Marines in high-pressure, mission-critical environments.
He served with distinction until being honorably discharged in 2022, an experience that instilled in him a lifelong commitment to accountability, structure, and excellence.
While earning his degrees, Sean joined Southwest Utility Solutions part-time during his senior year of college. His initiative and operational expertise quickly propelled him through the ranks, and he now serves as the company's Director of Operations, where he leads a team of highly skilled professionals and oversees the successful delivery of the company's monthly objectives.
In addition to his leadership at Southwest, Sean is a partner in Atlas Trash Services, a waste management subsidiary of Southwest Utility Solutions, where he contributes to strategic operations and business development.
He is also the Co-Owner of J&J Holdings, a private holdings company focused on long-term investments and entrepreneurial ventures in the operations and service sectors.
